Linda S. Ginther, 69, of Pottsville, passed away Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. Born in Pottsville, Oct. 13, 1949, she was a daughter of the late Shirley Barton and Abner Skeen.

She was the wife of Edward W. Ginther, to whom he was married to for 49 years. She was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School, Class of 1967, and was formerly employed by at Pennsylvania Bank as a teller and H.L. Miller as a sales clerk. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Tammy L. Kramer, wife of Michael, Cressona; son, Edward W. Jr., husband of Heather, Arab, Ala.

; sisters, Robin Lechlitner, Port Carbon, and Kalene Amendola, wife of Tony, Ohio; brother, Butch Skeen, husband of Debbie, Chatham, La. ; grandchildren, Austin Zukosky, Cody Kramer and Summer Ginther. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with the Rev.

Linda Bonfiglio officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held at 1 p.m. until the time of the service Friday at the funeral home. The family requests donations to Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, P.O. Box 96, Cressona, PA 17929, to help defray the costs of the funeral services.
