Linda’s Obituary Linda Sue Sawyer, 74, of Sapulpa departed from this life on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at St. John’s Medical Center, Sapulpa, OK. She was born to John and Mary Jones. She graduated from Crowder High School and received her degree in Cosmetology from Chillocco Indian Tech School.

She worked for Jenks Public School as as Custodian. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her two sons; Jason and Brad Sawyer, grandchildren; Eco Falon, Ajenna and Amayah Sawyer, sisters; Ruth Settlemyre, Wanda Garrett,(Gary), Helen Gulley,(Stan), Liz Banks,(Ron) and Ruby Flax,(Randy), brothers; Johnny Jones, (Ruth),Daniel Jones,(Elaine) and Sammy Jones, (Janet).

She is preceded in death by her loving husband; Mose Sawyer, parent; John & Mary Jones, sister; Betty Williams, (Kenny) brothers; Leon Jones, (Kay) and David Jones. Wake service will be held at 5 pm on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at the Family’s Home, 327 Arcadia Lane, Sapulpa, OK. Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, February 18, 2019 at Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church, 17610 S. Hickory Rd.

, Sapulpa, OK. Interment to follow at Red Oak Cemetery, down by McAlester off of Hwy 270, Bache, OK. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, 1208 S Main St, Sapulpa, OK.
