Obituary for Linda Sawyers Linda Sue Sawyers, 62, of McGehee, AR passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, AR. Linda was born on March 1, 1956 to John and Earline Thomas Heffner. Linda enjoyed painting and working on crafts.
She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Linda was a member of First Assembly of God Church in McGehee, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Sawyers; brother, Bob Heffner and sister, Judy Heffner.
Survivors include her son, Greg Heffner of Wisconsin; daughters, Amber Heffner of Oregon and Vanessa Pierce of Monticello, AR; brothers, Ron Heffner of Illinois, James Heffner of Arkansas; Wayne Heffner of Washington; Jerry Heffner of Oregon and Bill Heffner of Arkansas; sisters, Kathy Woods of McGehee, AR and Margery Heffner of McGehee, AR; and 7 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 11:00 A.M July 4, 2018 at First Assembly of God Church in McGehee, AR. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday July 15, 2018 at McGehee Cemetery.
