Lindsey J. McAfee, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the age of 72. He was born November 8, 1946 to the late Lindsey J. McAfee and Mellie Hicks McAfee. He is survived by his wife, Brenda King McAfee; son, Michael Keith McAfee; daughter, DeDe McAfee (Marty) Vice; granddaughter, Lindsey Vice (Will) Maricle; great-granddaughters, Ansley and Emma Lynn; sister, Brenda McAfee (Butch) Sluschewski and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lynn was employed with International Paper for 42 years. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Southern Care Hospice nurses and aides for their special care of Lynn. Visitation will be Saturday, November 17, 2018 from 10:30 – 11:45 a.m. at Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home.

Graveside services will follow at Pineview Memory Gardens at 12:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jason King, Scott King, Wes King, Tommy King, Butch Sluschewski and Mike Tano. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Ingram, Brad Preston and Bob McAfee.
