Lisa M. Fontes, 37, a longtime resident of Stoughton, passed away Monday, January 7, 2019. She was the daughter of Maria Ascensão Fontes and the late Manuel Fontes. She was a loyal and loving person who enjoyed spending time with her family.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Izaiha Fontes-Griffin, her brothers Peter and Jason Fontes and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The funeral will be held at Sheehan Funeral Home, 115 Monk Street in Stoughton, MA on Saturday, January 12th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton at 10 AM. Visiting Hours will be Friday, January 11th from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
