Elizabeth Ross (nee Sopnicar), age 78, peacefully passed away on February 24, 2019. She was born in Cleveland on July 21, 1940 to the late Joseph and Viola Sopnicar. Liz retired from G.E. after 40 years of service.

She enjoyed traveling with her husband, and especially a good game of chance. She was such a sweetheart. She was generous with her love and gifts to her family.

Elizabeth was a selfless, thoughtful and caring person. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt and friend, who will be greatly missed. Liz is survived by her husband of 43 years to Gil Ross, her brother, Joe Sopnicar, her sister-in-law, Nancy Sopnicar and devoted aunt to many.

Liz is preceded in death by her siblings, Donna, Freddy, Almeda, Harvey, and Richard, and her niece, Cyndi Her Burial will be in Ohio National Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman Ohio. Her service will be 10 am, Friday, March 1, 2019 at Monreal Funeral Home Her visitation will be 4-8 PM on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Monreal Funeral Home 35400 Curtis Blvd. Eastlake.
