Lloyd Dale Davis, Sr., 95, of Bloomingdale, OH, passed away December 12, 2018 at his daughter’s home. He was born October 10, 1923 in Annapolis, OH, a son of the late Lloyd P. and Maude (Johnson) Davis. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Zelda (Emerick) Davis; sons, Lloyd Dale Davis, Jr. and Charles “Chuck” William Davis; brothers, Don, Wayne, Glen, and Harold Davis; and sons-in-law, John E. Beckley, Sr., David Hitchcock, and Stephen Boyce.

Dale served his country in the United States Army. He was member of Beallsville American Legion. Dale was an avid bingo player.

Dale is survived by his son, Ronald (Carol) Davis; daughters, Joyce Hitchcock, Diane (John) Arbogast, Donna Beckley, and Tonja Boyce; brother, Bill (Norma) Davis; daughters-in-law, Renate and Linda Davis; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
