Obituary for Lois Bernadine Owens Lois Bernadine Owens, 79, beloved wife, mother, grand-mother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away October 11, 2018 in Honolulu. Lois was born on March 21, 1939 in Kahului, Maui, Hawaii to parents Louis Rodrigues Coelho and Helen Gomes Silva Coelho, and retired as a banquet waitress for Hilton Hawaiian Village with over 27 years of service. She is survived by loving husband of 61 years, Charles James Owens, Sr.; son, Charles J. (Dovina) Owens, Jr.; daughters, Charlene (George Kaiwi) Pacheco, Charlotte (Irvin Liberato) Nahinu-Liberato, Cheryl (Dale) Beimes, Charmaine (James) Voss; 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; sisters, Marian Tribble and Veronica (Francis) Robello.

Wake services for Lois will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018, at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Visitation will be from 5:30 – 9:00 p.m. Prayer service and remembrances will begin at 6:30 p.m. Private committal service and burial at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery.
