Obituary for LOIS KAHN GRAVESIDE SERVICES: 12:00 NOON SUNDAY 12/9/2018 at MACHPELAH CEMETERY Age 91, of Bloomfield Hills, died December 8, 2018 Lois’ passion was her family, but she also adored poetry, music, art, cooking, and animals. She was also a flower and jewelry aficionado, knowledge which she passed on to her grandchildren. Lois was fiercely independent, both for her age and generation, a trait which she also passed on to her family.

Her company and counsel will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her beloved children, Anthony (Sherelyn) Kahn, Robert Kahn, Laura (Ted) Schwartz, and Mitchell (Isabel) Kahn. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Jacob Kahn, Jessica Kahn, Bessie Kahn, Daniel & Cierra Granger, and Jennifer Granger, as well as beloved great grandchildren, Shae, Gianna, Holland, and Trinity.

Lois is also survived by her cherished brother, Irving Meisner, as well as many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was the loving sister of (late) Rona Summers, Lillian Meisner, Aubrey Meisner.
