Born in Manhattan, NY, Miss Calcagno lived in Union City, NJ before moving to the Rossmoor community in Monroe Township in 1993. She was employed for 43 years by the Hertz Rental Car Company in Manhattan, retiring in 1988 as the manager of employee benefits.

She was a parishioner of Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, Monroe Township and past president of the Italian-American Club of Rossmoor. She was predeceased by her brother Aldo. A memorial mass will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday February 9th at the Nativity of Our Lord RC Church, 185 Applegarth Road, Monroe Twp.

Her ashes will be buried in St. Joseph Cemetery, Hackensack.
