Obituary for Lonnie Boushele Alonzo David Boushele passed away at home Tuesday, April 24, 2018, following a lengthy battle with cancer; his family by his side. Lonnie was born February 24, 1959, in Missoula, to Tildon and Luella Boushele. He was raised on the Northside, where he resided most of his life.

He married the love of his life, Linda Zarnik in 1979 in Missoula. They had three children; Jenny Lou, Bobbie Lynn and Kyle Anthony. There was never a dull moment when Lonnie was around.

His laugh was infectious and he had a heart of gold. He was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. Lonnie loved his family and enjoyed all things outdoors: fishing, hunting, camping, motorcycles, snowmobiling, four wheeling, family get-togethers.

There will be an obvious void in the many hearts of those who knew and loved him. Lonnie was always involved in something at one time or another. He coached Little League Baseball, was a Big Brother, was in Missoula Search & Rescue, a member of the Moose Lodge, the Lions Club and Five Valleys Off Roaders.

Lonnie was preceded in death by his father Tildon Boushele, mother and step-father Luella (Litts) and Roland Maedche, sisters Dolores and Marlene, daughter Jenny Lou Boushele, step siblings Kay, Sheila, Ronnie and Patty Maedche. He is survived by Linda his wife of 39 years, daughter Bobbie Lynn (Danial), son Kyle, granddaughter Peyton, grandson Anthony, brother Bob (Carol) Boushele, step brothers Gary (Linda), Denny, Randy (Carla) and Donny (Nancy) Maedche, brother-in-law Mike Zarnik, sister-in-law Alice (Bill) Perry, many nieces and nephews and countless good and life-long friends.
