Obituary for Lonnie Junior Smith Lonnie Smith Graysville Lonnie Junior Smith, age 62, of Graysville died July 14, 2018 at Rhea Medical Center in Dayton. He was born March 28, 1956 in Dayton to the late Lonnie Poe Smith and Thelma Jo (Perry) Smith. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Richard Harold Smith, General Gleason Smith and Vincent Edwards Smith.

Lonnie lived in Rhea County all his life. He was a sheet rocker for more than 30 years. He is survived by his children: Donnie Smith, Jimmy Smith, Waynett (Smith) Andrew, Dewayne Author and Staun Singleton; his grandchildren: Thomas, Dylan, Veada, Tyler, Danielle, Lauren, Ashley and Gregory; his great-grandchildren: Tori Smith, Coby Frye and Kota Smith; and his brothers and sisters: Michael Smith, Jackie Smith, David Smith, Jessie Smith, James Smith, Carolyn Marsh and Violet Grogan.

Graveside funeral service for Lonnie will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Buttram Cemetery in Dayton. Please share your memories of Lonnie on his online guest register at www. vanderwall.com .
