Loretta’s Obituary Loretta Rowan passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Uvalde, Texas surrounded by family. She was born July 29, 1926 to William Harold Hagan and Mary Snethen Hagan. Harriet Loretta Hagan Peters Rowan was born and raised on a farm near Mount Ayer, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, James Peters and Jimmie J Rowan, her brother, Page Hagan, her sister, Mary Harrison, her son Jimmie J Rowan II, and her grandson Jonathan Rowan. She leaves behind her daughter, Carol McGehee, her sister, Judy Allen; seven grandchildren, Mary Sylvester, William Lee, Crystallyne Miller, Robert Sherman, Jana Weber, Jason Rowan, and Jacob Rowan. She also leaves behind numerous great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; nieces, and nephews.

Grams is greatly loved and will be sorely missed. Memorial service will be held 2:30 p.m. Monday, December 31, 2018 at Nelson Funeral Chapel, Camp Wood, Texas. Officiant Pastor J. E. Mortensen.

Burial will follow in the Barksdale Cemetery.
