Lorna was united in marriage to Gerald L. Kirch, on July 26, 1975, Madison. Even after parting ways, they always remained good friends. Lorna started her house cleaning business right after high school, and she continued working through most of 2018.

She worked for the most amazing people, all who considered her a part of their family and them, a part of hers. Lorna was always cheerful and had the most beautiful smile. She was so incredibly caring, she was simply amazing.

She was always so strong and positive throughout her battle these past 14 months, and she never let it hinder her beautiful spirit. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, planting flowers, mowing her lawn and decorating her cute little home. She is survived by her daughters, Charity (Brad) Kirch, Ashley (Jake) Meudt; brother, Michael (Jane) Simpson; grandchildren, Destiny, Darien and Gracie; niece, Makayla; aunts, Val Simpson and Jean Getter; cousin, Lori Getter, her Kitties, Scruffy and Dusty, and many very special friends.

(Ewers) Simpson; brother, Monte, maternal grandparents, Les and Violet (Leatherberry) Ewers, paternal grandparents, Sherman and Esther (Schoville) Simpson; uncle, Max Simpson and uncle and aunt, Jerry and Jean (Parker) Ewers, and her best friend, Kay Keuhn. Also, we would like to thank Donnie Kirch for being at mom’s side when we couldn’t be.

We cannot thank you enough. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. To our beautiful Momma, you are finally pain free and at peace.

You are back home with Bompa, Nana, Monte and Kay. We are thankful that you are in such good company. Although we will miss you so incredibly much, we know that you will always be at our side and in our hearts.

We love you Momma, Always and Forever.
