Crenshaw, Jr. will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11: 00 a.m. from Lloyd Chapel Baptist Church Forkland, Alabama; Rev. Michael Bolden, pastor.

Interment will follow in the adjoining church cemetery. Larkin and Scott Mortuary,LLC entrusted with arrangements.
