Louise Blackwell, age 84, Cottondale, formerly of Attalla, passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at her home. Her funeral service will be at 12 p.m. Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Etowah Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Noble Hill Cemetery.

Bro. Chris Regan will officiate. Casket bearers will be David Isbell, Daniel Isbell, Revis Isbell, Jeremy Duncan, Jimmy Black, Andrew Cagle and Dustin Isbell.

Visitation will be from 10:30 until 12, before the service. She is survived by her husband, James D. Blackwell, daughter, Peggy Dobbins (Adrail), grandchildren, Tena Marcum (Adam) and Toni Kersey, great-grandchildren, Kelley Walker, Laura and Josh Kersey, a host of nieces and nephews.
