Stith, age 90 of Weldon, NC, transitioned into eternal rest on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids, NC. Louise, a daughter of the late Wilson Purnell and Carrie Jane Bradley, was born March 12, 1929 in Halifax County, NC. A Celebration Honoring the Life and Spirit of Ms. Louise B. Stith will be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. from The Memorial Chapel of Cofield Mortuary with Rev.

Danny B.E. Jones, Sr. giving words of comfort. Ms. Stith will lie in state at the church one hour (1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M.) prior to the service and will be laid to rest in the Oak Ridge Cemetery, Weldon, NC. The Cofield Family and Staff of Cofield Mortuary are honored to provide comfort, assistance and service to The Stith Family.
