On Saturday, October 13, 2018, Lourdes Mercedes Mateo, passed away suddenly at the age of 66 years. Lourdes will be forever remembered by her sons; Pedro Luis Vargas and Reggie Collado; her brothers and sisters; Olga, Xiomara, Miguel and Anthony; her daughter-in-law Marina and her grandson, Leo Collado. Lourdes will also be forever remembered by her extended family and dear friends.

A Funeral service in memory of Lourdes will be held on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. – 10 p.m., at the Daniel J Schaefer Funeral Home, 4123 4th Avenue, in Brooklyn, NY. Internment will follow on Tuesday morning in the Moravian Cemetery at 2205 Richmond Road, Staten Island. Dios vió que te estabas cansando y una cura no estabas esperando.
