DeForest/Tomah – Lucille V. Schultz, age 90, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018, at Agrace Hospice. She spent her last days lovingly surrounded by her family. She was born on December 21, 1927, the daughter of the late Robert and Mayme (Lyons) Burrows.

Lucille married Robert J Schultz on April 1, 1946. Lucille was preceded in death by her husband, and sons David and Curt. Lucille was a homemaker for most of her life, but also worked at the Coffee Cup, Demco and the library, all in DeForest.

She enjoyed crafts, bingo, playing cards and mostly spending time with her family. She resided most recently at Jefferson Square and then Parkside Assisted Living in DeForest. Lucille is survived by her children, Nancy (Tom) Bowers, Larry (Sue), Ron (Debbie), Judy (Bill) Hippe, Wendy (Mark) Buchanan, Christine (Kevin) Harper and daughter in law Jenny; grandchildren, Lisa, Lori, Michael, Mandi, Bobby, Jeremy, David, Samantha, Shelby and JT; great grandchildren Alex, Lyndsey, Quintin, Hailey, Audra, Chelsea, Charlie and Addison; and sisters, Harriet and Charlotte.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon, on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at RYAN FUNERAL HOME, 6924 Lake Road, DeForest, with the Pastor Sue Beadle presiding. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Luncheon to follow at Christ Lutheran Church.

A private burial will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend special gratefulness to: Agrace Hospice in Janesville, especially staff members Sandy, Amanda, Sarah & Pam. SSM Hospital staff members Dr. Kao, Dr. Jung, Dr. Mohan, Summer, Patti and Dennis.
