Dover, died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at UNC Lenoir Health Care.

She was born October 8, 1942 in Craven County to the late Alex Tilghman and Ada Kilpatrick Tilghman. Memorial service will be held 1:00PM Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Alum Spring Church of Christ Disciples of Christ.
