Obituary for Mrs. Luella Elizabeth DeBono DeBono, Luella E. “Lu”, age 98, of Eden Prairie, passed away peacefully October 17, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Charles; siblings, Albert, Ralph, and Katherine. Survived by son, Doug (Cathy); grandchildren, Amanda, Ben, and Amy; thirteen great-grandchildren, Jadalynn, Ethan, Elise, Simon, Zachary, Owen, Micah, Jakub, Nathaniel, Charles, Heidi, Neil, and Kaylan.

Graduate of Sherwood Conservatory in Chicago and the University of St. Thomas. Longtime Guidance Counselor in Eden Prairie schools, and a music teacher for over 50 years. She enjoyed horses her entire life and showed horses for 35 years.

She was a Presbyterian missionary in Egypt from 1946-1948. Memorials are preferred to Home For Good Horse Sanctuary, 9540 Laketown Rd, Chaska MN 55318. Memorial service 1:00 PM Saturday, October 20, with gathering one hour prior at: www.
