Luis Gonzalo Valero-Zarate, 65, was called by the Lord on December 14, 2018. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Concepcion Zarate and Luis Gonzalo Valero. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Juana Maria Valero; children: Gabriela Valero, Luis Gonzalo Valero Jr., Alejandro Valero, Arturo Valero, Alberto Valero, Jorge Alberto Valero, and Rodolfo Valero; siblings: Juana Maria (Roberto) Saucedo, and Alberto G. Valero, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Gamez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, from the funeral home to Santa Margarita de Escocia Catholic Church where a funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow immediately at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Jorge Alberto Valero, Luis Gonzalo Valero Jr., Alejandro Valero, Arturo Valero, Alberto Valero and Alberto G. Valero.

Funeral services are under the arrangement of Gámez & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 1029 Bob Bullock Loop, Laredo, Texas 78043.
