Born January 1, 1929 in Vietnam, he was the son of the late Chut Le and Kha Hoang and had served as a soldier in the South Vietnamese Army. Survivors include his wife, Loi Hoang; 2 daughters, Kim Le and Loan Le; 2 sons, Manh Le and Hoang Le; 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
