In loving Memory Luz Noemi Urbina Chuck Sunrise: April 22, 1937 – Sunset: July 8/2018 Luz Noemi Urbina Chuck passed away peacefully on July 8, 2018 at the age of 81 years old. She was born to the late Nicolasa Rodriguez and Ramon Urbina on April 22, 1937, in San Salvador, El Salvador. In 1951, she relocated to San Francisco.

She graduated from Polytechnic High School and later moved to Suisun City, California. She is survived by her four children: Catalina (Cathy) Velez, Cinthia (Cindy) Velez, Patricio Velez and Daniel Duke Chuck. Sons-in-law Abel Delgado Jr. and Mitchell Salazar.

Six grandchildren Christina Hernandez, Mitchell Nicolas Salazar Jr., Andrew Montoya, Nicolas Delgado, Lorenzo Delgado and Cora Velez. Five great grandchildren Marvin Junior Reinoso, Thalia Medina, Giovanni Gutierrez, Rufino Gutierrez, and Mitchell Nicolas Salazar III. One great great grandson Marvin Junior Reinoso III and brother Napoleon Urbina.

She was also survived by other loving relatives and friends. Viewing to be held on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Duggan’s Funeral Service, 3434 – 17th Street, beginning at 4PM with a rosary to follow at 7PM. On Monday July 15, 2018, final farewell at 11AM at Duggan’s Funeral Service followed by a procession to Woodlawn Memorial Park for committal.
