Lynda’s Obituary Lynda, of Franklin, loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away at her home early Thursday morning, May 23rd. She was 73. Lynda was born September 10, 1945, in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada.

She married Donald D. Rende on May 9, 1964, in the Martha-Mary Chapel of Greenfield Village, Dearborn. Surviving are her beloved husband of 55 years, Donald; loving sons, Kirk (Jalene) and Kelly (Julia); brother, John (Pat) Pew; sister, Judith (Jack) Shepherd; and grandchildren, Nicholas and Alexis. The Rendes will receive guests at the funeral home on Saturday and Sunday, May 25-26, from 12 Noon-6 pm, both days.

There are no visiting hours on Monday. Lynda’s funeral ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday morning, May 28th, at 10:00 am, also at the funeral home. The Reverend Dr. James McGuire will preside.

A luncheon will follow the ceremony at a venue announced upon the conclusion of the funeral. Memorial contributions to Residential Hospice are appreciated. Kindly keep Lynda and her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
