OBITUARY Lynda Sue Patin November 5, 1943 – November 29, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Funeral service for Lynda Sue Freeman Patin of Saks, will be 2:30 pm, Sunday December 2, 2018, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Daniel Harper officiating . Burial will follow at the Anniston Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until service time. Mrs. Patin is survived by her daughter, Shelia Patin Bucher (Rick); sons, Arthur Patin (Laura), and Patrick Patin (Rita); grandchildren, Heidi, Hannah, Hayley, Hollie Joy, Michelle, Christopher, Travis and Rylan; sister, Deanie Freeman Moore; brothers, Harlis Pete Haynes and David Freeman (Peggy); and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Patin was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Patin; parents, James and Ruby Freeman; and brother, Jimmy Freeman.

Pallbears will be Terry Pearson, Jeff Burk, Jerry Gooden, Justin Freeman, Rodney Freeman, Emmett Pilkington, and Joshua Smith. Mrs. Patin was a longtime resident of Saks. She was a faithful member of Saks Baptist Church and was involved with many aspects of the church including being a member of the Rebecca Sunday School Class.

She was also part of the Steel Magnolias group. Mrs. Patin was a loving military wife, a mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.
