Martinez was called home to be with the Lord on March 17, 2019 at the age of 71. He is preceded in death by his father Macario Martinez, mother Theresa Martinez, son Michael Martinez, brother Raymond Martinez and sister Estella Flores. He is survived by his spouse Mary Lou Martinez, daughter Matilde Martinez-Palacios, sons; Macario Martinez, Mario Martinez, Marco Antonio Martinez, brothers Jesse Maltos, Jose Roberto Martinez, sister Minerva Mendez, 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.

Macario is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 2:30-8:30PM with a rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. On Thursday, March 21, 2019 visitation will be from 8:00AM – 9:30AM, a funeral mass will follow at St. Lawrence Catholic Church at 10:00AM.
