Mack Maulton Smith December 19, 1936 – December 17, 2018 Mr. Mack Maulton Smith, 81, of Chipley, FL, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018. He was born in Blakely, GA on December 19, 1936 to Harvey M. Smith and Fannie Mae Smith. He moved to this area in 1963 and was the owner/operator of AAA Refrigeration.

He was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Wewahitchka and loved farming and fishing. Mr. Smith is survived by his wife, Betty Smith; two sons, Mack Maulton Smith, Jr. (Regina) and William Smith (Susie Bynum); one daughter, Deborah Weathers (Steve); one sister, Edna Golden (Joe); four grandchildren, Tanya, Louie “Scooter”, Jessie and Roger; six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Southerland Event Center in Lynn Haven with Brother Derrick Gerber officiating.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday evening at the event center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice in memory of Mr. Smith.
