Obituary for Maddie Maddisan “Maddie” Rose Chase, age 17, of Willoughby/Eastlake, tragically taken on Tuesday, June 5th, 2018. She was born in Willoughby on September 28, 2000. Maddisan was a senior at Eastlake North high school prior to that she went to Willoughby South.

She was free spirited, creative, very artistic with many talents. Maddie loved to sing and she loved people as much as she loved animals. She was a hard worker, who enjoyed giving to others.

She was also a collector of Jordan’s and spent her free time getting her nails done. She will be remembered for her big beautiful eyes and lovely long eyelashes. She had a charismatic personality who lit up the room and everyone loved her.

Maddie was a loving daughter, granddaughter, sister, cousin and friend, who will be greatly missed. Maddie is survived by her loving mother, Rose (Thomas) Weston-Durkin and her father, Rich Chase, her brother, Kolton Drouillard, her grandparents, Jeanne (Thomas) Weston-Koziol, Oliver (Janet) Weston and Debbie and Richard Chase Sr., her uncles and aunt, Stephen Weston, Julia and Chris Chase, her cousin, Zeke Weston, her step uncle and aunts, Brooke, Ashley and Rhett and her adopted grandma’s, Ginnie and Shirley. Maddie was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Alberta and Marion Chrzczonowski and Oliver Weston Sr. Her Funeral Mass will be at 10 am on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at St. Justin Martyr Church, 35781 Stevens Blvd.
