Madelyn’s Obituary Madelyn “Lyn” M. Fury, age 86, of Millsboro, De, formally of Chadds Ford, PA passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at the Delaware Veterans Home in Milford, DE. Mrs. Fury was born in Wabatossa, Wisconsin on January 12, 1932 daughter to the late Emil and Marie (Rushford) Karth. She was a veteran of Korea serving in the United States Navy WAVES.

She retired as a fiscal assistant for the Media County Courthouse in Pennsylvania in 1990. Lyn was a member of the American Legion Post 28 in Millsboro. She enjoyed gardening and playing Pinocle.

Lyn is survived by 5 children, Patricia Grubb (Greg) of Spring, TX; George Fury of Dansville, PA; Michael Fury of Honeybrook, PA; Debra Dell’Orefice (Michael) of Glenmills, PA; Sandra Sherwood (Steve) of Wilmington, DE and 5 grandchildren.
