Marcey is survived by her husband of 41 years, John; daughter Margo Valle; grandchildren, Cierra and Vincent Felton; brother, David Russell Sr (Elizabeth); brother in law, Robert (Gina Besenhofer) Ramagmano; and nephews, Michael, Robert (Erica), and John Russell. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tonya Felton; nephew, David Russell, Jr., and her parents. Services for Marcey will be held privately.
