Marcos’ Obituary Marcos D. Moya Age 36, passed away Friday, April 26, 2019. Marcos was born on October 24, 1982, to Martha Hernandez and Jose Moya in Wichita, Kansas. He was formerly a mover with United Van Lines and more currently a laborer with The Coleman Company.

Marcos was known for his loving nature and ability to put a smile on anyone’s face. He was also a lover of animals and had a hard time resisting the urge to take an animal in and give it a home. Survivors include his companion, Daisy Olivar of Wichita, KS; father, Jose (Maria) Moya of Goddard, KS; mother, Martha (Alfredo Resendiz) Cano of New Braunfels, TX; brothers and sisters, Jose G. Alferez of San Antonio, TX, Roberto Martinez, Ismael Vital, Rene Moya, Rebecca Moya, Salvador Martinez all of Wichita, KS; and his three beloved dogs of the home.

Visitation, 9 am – 8 pm Thursday, May 2, 2019 with Rosary at 6 pm at the Cochran Mortuary, 1411 N. Broadway. (Parking from Market St.) Funeral Mass, 10 am Friday, May 3, 2019 at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, 430 N. Broadway. Memorials have been established with the Lord’s Diner, 520 N. Broadway, Wichita, KS 67214 and Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, KS 67219.
