Felton- Marcus Reed (Buddy) Willey Jr. of Felton passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was 66. Marcus was born in Milford DE, the son of the late Marcus Reed Willey and Mary Elizabeth (Warren) Barlow.

Marcus proudly served his country in the USMC. He was a heavy equipment operator for several years. In addition to his father, Marcus was preceded in death by two daughters, Tina Sharp and Terri Papillo; sister’s Debbie Willey and Ina Dufrenese.

Marcus is survived by his mother Mary E. Barlow (Joe);a son, Marcus R. Willey III of Lewes and a daughter Tracy Hamner (Jeremy) of Felton, sister; Bonnie Walstead (Gary)of Georgetown, two brothers Clarence and Steven Barlow (Jennifer) both of Harrington, seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren and lifelong friend Patricia Willey. A Celebration of Life will be held, 7:00pm Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at Pippin Funeral Home 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming where friends may call one hour earlier.
