Marcus was born on May 12, 1984 in Lindsay, CA to Eddie and Gloria Sanchez. He left us to be with our Lord on October 14, 2018. He was the second of four brothers an older brother Edward Sanchez and two younger brothers Beau and Thomas Sanchez.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Fernando and Maria Sanchez and Jess and Esther Guevara-Brown. He attended Strathmore Schools graduating from SHS in 2002 where he played baseball, basketball and football all four years. He lived all his life in Strathmore.

Marcus was a loving person always there for his family. He loved spending time with his family and friends where his brothers often barbecued at home and his standing Dart games on Tuesdays with his Dad, brothers, and friends. He had an amazing childhood growing up closely with his many cousins.

One of his many greatest joys was spending time with his Godson Edward, and nephews Elijah, Nathan and niece Emily Sanchez. He was always there for them. His favorite teams were the Raiders and Dodgers he would never miss a game.

He is truly loved and will be missed by all. Marcus is survived by his parents, brothers nephews Edward, Elijah, Nathan and niece Emily and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Rosary will be held Tuesday, October 23rd at Porterville Funeral & Cremation Center at 6:00 pm and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, October 24 at 11:00 am at St. Anne’s Church with graveside service to follow at Lindsay-Strathmore Cemetery.
