Obituary Marcus Welby Kelley, age 43 of Shippensburg, passed away suddenly at his residence in Shippensburg. He was born Monday, April 7, 1975 in Carlisle, the son of David and Darlene (Coons) Kelley. Marcus graduated from Big Spring High School in 1995.

He worked as a motor vehicle towing operator. In his spare time, Marcus enjoyed riding bikes and collected knives, swords and model cars.
