Margaret Ann Weeks Fry October 08, 1939 – April 29, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| View Guestbook Entries| Send Sympathy Card| Memorial Donation Margaret Ann Weeks Fry, 79, of Montgomery City, MO, died on Monday, April 29, 2019, at the Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, MO, surrounded by family and friends. Margaret Ann Weeks Fry was born October 8, 1939, in Bellflower, MO, to Walter Price Weeks and Margaret Elizabeth Cunningham Weeks. She graduated from Montgomery City High School Class of 1959 and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend.

Margaret was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church but had transferred her membership from St. John’s United Church of Christ in High Hill, MO. She enjoyed fishing, singing, cooking, canning, gardening, bowling, and playing video and board games with her children and grandchildren. Margaret loved being with her family and her many friends.

Margaret is survived by her children: Sandy Jonas and husband, Bryan, of Montgomery City, MO; and Dr. W. Wayne Fry and wife, Pam, of McFall, MO; grandchildren: Andrew Fults; Katherine Fults (Justin Teson) ; Justin Fry; Taylor Jonas (Cory Young); and Brooke Jonas(David Clary); and great-grandchildren: Steven Fults; Bradyn Fults; Landon Teson; Maci Teson, Hayden Clary; Autumn Young, Scarlett Young, Conner Young, Cooper Young, and little baby Teson on the way. She is also survived by her dear friend, Betty Goran. Also surviving are her sisters-in-law: Wilma Jane Weeks of Novinger, MO and Marjorie Weeks of High Hill, MO; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Price Weeks and Margaret Elizabeth Cunningham Weeks; and by her brothers and sisters James Edward Weeks, Dorothy Weeks Hudson, Walter Eugene Weeks, and Helen Ruth Babcock. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, May 3, 2019, at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. The Reverend Donald Deeker will officiate and interment will be at the Montgomery City Cemetery in Montgomery City, MO.

Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. Casketbearers include Jack James, Mike Babcock, Justin Teson, Justin Fry, Andrew Fults, and Clem Perez. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Montgomery County Senior Center; Bethel Church; or to the St. John’s United Church of Christ, c/o Schlanker Funeral Home, 207 Danville Road, Montgomery City, MO 63361.
