Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret L. ( Oresko) Zampini will be 10 :00 AM Wednesday December 19, 2018 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 523 Plum St. Fairport Harbor. Family and friends may call Tuesday December 18, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Spear-Mulqueeny Funeral Home 667 Mentor Ave. Painesville.

Burial will be at Perry Cemetery at a later date. Margaret was the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth (Bakos) Oresko born on October 26, 1935 in Windber, Pennsylvania and passed away December 16, 2018 at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland. Margaret was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fairport Harbor.

The most important part of her life was her family and carrying on all of the family traditions. She was a Registered Nurse for Dr William Stoerkel and Dr. Gobel at their Madison office’s for many years. Margaret is survived by daughter, Maria (Robert) Zampini Pettorini; son, Joseph (Marci) Zampini; four grandchildren, Jacob (Leyna) Joseph Pettorini, Robert James Pettorini, Abby Rose Zampini and Kayla Grace Zampini; Great Grand Child Eben, Sisters, Mary “Muncie” Gable, Barbara Oresko, and brother Joseph Oresko, sister in Law Patricia Zampini She was preceded in death by her husband James William Zampini in 2017, Parents, Sisters, Elizabeth “Betty” Lauer, Anna Gaio, Helen Tokarsky and brother Stephen “Pishta” Oresko.

Contributions may be made in Margaret’s name to the Hospice of the Western Reserve 17876 St. Clair Ave.
