Margaret Linnea Hencher, 89 of Leetsdale, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018. She was born June 15, 1929, in Port Arthur, Canada, to the late Sanfred and Vivi (Backlund) Hencher. She was a retired housekeeper for Sewickley Hospital.

Surviving are a daughter, Maureen (Michael) Romutis of Allison Park, a son, Trevor (Denise) Hencher of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, three grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie) Romutis of Pittsburgh, Kristin Romutis of Allison Park, and Alexander Hencher of Sewickley, a great granddaughter, Reagan Romutis, and a daughter-in-law Eileen Hencher of Sewickley. Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husband, Donald Hencher, a son, Dennis Hencher, and a sister, Bridget Legros. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday January 6, 2019 from 1 P.M. until time of funeral services at 2:30 P.M. in the John Syka Funeral Home, Inc. 833 Kennedy Drive, Ambridge.

Private Interment will follow in Sewickley Cemetery.
