Obituary for Margaret M. Mickey MICKEY MARGARET (DUDAS) Age 87 of Greentree, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Tom and Jack Dudas; and her sisters, Irene Dudas and Josephine Beck. Margaret is survived by her son, John David; and her seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren all living in Melbourne, Austrialia.

She is also survived by two nephews, Tom Dudas, Jr., of Hartford, CT and Greg Dudoff Schenectady, NY; and a neice, Susan Hois of Murrysville, PA. Margaret grew up in Wilkinsburg, PA and attended Duquesne University, obtaining a BS in Biology. She went on to work for many years as an instructor at the Mercy Hospital Nursing School.

She loved her work and many of her students remember her fondly as a thorough and caring teacher. In her private life, Margaret had an active retirement with frequent volunteer work and hiking around the Pittsburgh area as a member of a walking club. She was also an avid cat lover, and when she could she always had a pet cat.

Friends received Thursday from 10 am to 11 am. at which time a Mass of Christian burial will be held at 11:00 am in Marion Manor Chapel, 2695 Winchester Dr., Greentree, PA In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marion Manor.
