Marguerite A. Curcio, 76, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, at Staten Island University Hospital North surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in the Carroll Gardens section of Brooklyn. Marguerite also lived in Wantagh, New York, where she graduated from Wantagh High School and settled in Huguenot in 1967.

Marguerite was an administrator at the New York Law School in Manhattan for over 35 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who loved spending time with her family, especially attending her grandkids basketball games, always rooting them on. She also enjoyed family gatherings, traveling and spending time in Palm Coast, Florida, where she and her husband, Larry, had a vacation home.

She was the beloved wife of 55 years to Larry Curcio. Loving mother to Kimberly Curcio, Pamela Curcio and Kristine Zieris. Fond mother-in-law to Michael Barna and Jay Zieris.

Devoted grandmother to Joseph and Justin Zieris, Lauren Curcio, Kassidy Zieris and Christopher Barna. Dear sister to Matthew E. Watson. The family will receive friends from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, February 8, 2019, at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd.

(at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church located at 5411 Amboy Road Staten Island, New York 10312. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
