Maria’s Obituary Maria Angelica Collazo 37 of Worcester dies suddenly on Sunday April 28, 2019 at home. Born in Hartford Ct she was the daughter of Miguel and Minerva (Correa) Collazo. An administrator for U-Mass Memorial Hospital and a former administrator for the Plumley Village Health Center, Maria will be missed by many and remembered as a woman who loved life, her family and all she served at her work.

Maria leaves besides her parents her long time partner Carlos Cruz, 3 sons Tristen Cruz, Sincere Cruz, and Carlos Cruz. She also leaves her loving familoy os sisters and one brother, Lois Diaz, Minerva Montero, Joanna Collazo, Isabel Collazo, Ixiomara Collazo, and Sheynan Collazo. Maria’s family will celebrate her life on Sunday at the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL 370 Plantation St. Worcester with calling hours from 5-6 pm.
