Se casó con su actual y único esposo, Ramón Almazan, y tuvieron 5 hijos: Dora, Sandra, Claudia, María, y Pedro, cumpliendo 48 años de casados. Fue una abuela orgullosa y amorosa de 17 nietos y 2 bisnietas. Fue buena madre, esposa, y amiga.

Era entusiasta y trabajadora, y apoyaba mucho a su esposo para buscar un futuro mejor para su familia. Vivieron felices en Pascagoula MS, sirviendo a Dios, y demostrándole su fe y amor por El a su familia y amigos. Ella siempre saludaba con una sonrisa y un abrazo lleno de amor.

Siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar a los demás y recibirlos en su hogar. Las cualidades que más la destacaron fueron su fuerza, su valentía para luchar contra las adversidades, y su actitud de no rendirse. Ella fue el centro de la familia.

Será amada y extrañada por todos, nunca será olvidada, y viviremos nuestras vidas tratando de imitar su ejemplo, con la esperanza de un día volverla a ver y poder abrazarla otra vez. “Le dijo Jesús: Yo soy la resurrección y la vida; el que cree en mí, aunque este muerto, vivirá”. Juan 11:25.
