OBITUARY Maria Dolores Espericueta February 9, 1946 – August 22, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Maria Dolores Garcia Espericueta, was born in Edinburg, Texas on February 9, 1946, to parents Pedro Garcia and Aurora Acosta. She passed away on August 22, 2018, in Bakersfield, California. May She Rest In Peace.

Maria was born into a very large and loving family. She was one of 14 children. She was preceded in death by one brother; George Garcia, and leaves twelve siblings to honor her memory.

In 1961 Maria came to California. She met the love of her life Jose Espericueta, Sr. and they were married on January 27, 1966 at Jose’s uncles home in Bakersfield. Maria and Jose, Sr. renewed their vows of eternal love on January 27, 1989, at Saint Josephs Church.

This loving union brought into Maria’s life four son’s. Maria spent her days as a devoted wife and mother as a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and one brother.

She is survived by her children and their families and her siblings and their families. FAMILY Jose Espericueta Sr., Husband Jose Espericueta Jr., Son Janet Lynn Espericueta, Daughter-in-law Joel Espericueta, Son Donna Espericueta, Daughter-in-law Pete Espericueta, Son Ymelda Espericueta, Daughter-in-law David Espericueta, Son Valerie Espericueta, Daughter-in-law Maria is survived by her beloved 7 grandchildren; Marquee Sauls and husband Cody, Anthony Villa, Victoria Maria Espericueta, Catalina Maria Espericueta, Isaac Daen, Savannah Maria Espericueta and Olivia Maria Espericueta. And one great grandson, Oliver Joel Espericueta-Sauls.
