Scott January 01, 1953 – December 19, 2018 Share this obituary Local Florists Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Maria Josefina Scott, age 65, of Lawrence, MA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at High Pointe Hospice House, Haverhill, MA, surrounded by family. She was born on January 1, 1953 in Camagüey Cuba. She married James W Scott on May 9, 1974, in Lawrence MA.

Maria lived life for others and did all things with a great passion. She took pleasure in being with family, praying the rosary, dancing and going on daily walks. Maria was a gentle soul with a big heart, she was always ready to make you a warm meal and give a big hug.

She is survived by her husband, James; her children, Tyrone, Randy, Vicky, Anthony, Michael and Rose. As well as her grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins. Family, friends and others whose lives Maria touched are invited to calling hours at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Rd, Route 111, Windham, New Hampshire from 4 p.m. -7 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2018.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated in Maria’s honor on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:30 a.m at Sacred Heart Church, 321 S Broadway, Lawrence, MA.
