OBITUARY Maria Natalia Pereira September 11, 1935 – September 14, 2018 Maria was born in Praia do Norte, Faial, Azores, Portugal on September 11, 1935 and passed away September 14, 2018 in San Jose, California. She’s predeceased by her parents, siblings and husband Antonio Rodrigues Pereira. She is survived by her son, Tony Pereira (Teresa) from San Martin, CA and 3 daughters, Rosa Ascenso (Ralph) from San Jose, CA, Stella Slyngstad-Thatcher (Steve Thatcher) from San Jose, CA and Rachel Rowberry (Keith) from Idaho.

She also leaves 10 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 siblings, Afonso Andrade and Lionel Andrade from Rhode Island. Visitation Wednesday, September 19 , 2018 from 5-9pm with Rosary at 7pm at Willow Glen Funeral Home, 1039 Lincoln Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. Funeral Mass and procession on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 10am at the Five Wounds Portuguese Church follow by burial at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
