Maria Pia Battaglia (nee Parente), age 80, passed away Tuesday February 5, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Anthony of 57 years. Loving mother of Joseph (Suzanne), Michael (Barbara), and Anna Maloney (Christopher).

Cherished grandmother of Jamie, Monica (Sid), Michael, Mikayla, Anthony, and Faith. Predeceased by her sisters: Lina Fusco (Biagio), Ines Orefice (Nicola), Lilia Ligotti (John, surviving), Lucia Baglioni (Francesco), and predeceased by her brothers Paolo Parente (Rina), Pietro Parente, Antonio Parente (Maria). Survived by her sister Assunta Della Ventura (Evangelista, deceased).

Daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Adele Parente. Family will receive friends at YURCH FUNERAL HOME, 5618 Broadview Rd. Parma on FRIDAY from 4-8 PM.

FUNERAL MASS on SATURDAY FEBRUARY 9, 2019 at 10 AM at ST. FRANCIS DE SALES CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3434 George Ave. Parma.
