Obituary of Maria Calderon de Alcalde Maria M. Alcalde, 92, of Woodland Park, passed away on February 11, 2019. She was born in Lima, Peru on November 11, 1926 to the late Alejandro and Margarita (Salvador) Calderon. Maria was a loving homemaker to her husband and 10 children.

She was predeceased by her husband Benjamin Alcalde. She was the adored mother of Carmela Alcalde, Zenaida Espinoza, Marco Antonio Alcalde, Yolanda Flores, Alicia Alcalde, Sonia Duran, Susana Alcalde, Alejandro Alcalde, Maria M. Alcalde, and Benjamin Alcalde. She is also survived by many grandchildren and greatgrandchildren as well as her brother Juan Francisco Calderon and many nieces and nephews and family in Peru.

Visititation will be Friday from 7-9pm at Santangelo Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held during visitiation at 8pm. Cremation will be private by the request of the family.
