Mrs. Francis is survived by her children: Mr. Lawrence T. Frazier (Sharon), Mrs. Sabrena F. Sheppard (Sylvester), Mrs. Kecia F. Brown (Quinn), and Rev. Edward L. Francis (Elisa); brother-in-law, Mr. Newberry Francis; aunt, Mrs. Vermel Brown; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mrs. Francis will be on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 2:00 to 5:30 PM at The William M. Smith Memorial Chapel, 2 Radcliffe St., Charleston, SC 29403.
