Obituary for Marie Chavez 1958-2018 Marie Chavez, age 59, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, peacefully passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018. She is preceded in death by her daughter Angela Marie Chavez, father Agustin Somera, mother-in-law Angelina Chavez and brother-in-law Marty Chavez. She is survived by her husband Adolfo Chavez, her loving children Joseph, Daniel and wife Amanda, and Valerie and husband Jordan Linton, granddaughter Scarlett, mother Aurora Somera, sisters Patsy and husband Daniel Torres, Dora and husband Michael Armijo, Lorie Vigil, sister-in-law’s Annie Lucero and Dorothy Dominguez, brother-in-law Greg Chavez, and many other loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Pallbearers will be Daniel Torres, Tommy Gurule, Michael Armijo, Dennis Torres, Adam Baca and Luis Espinosa. Honorary Pallbearers will be Andrew Vigil, Adrian Torres, Zachary Torres and Steven Law.

All Services will take place at San Clemente Catholic Church on Friday, September 28, 2018, beginning with a Public Viewing 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM, a Rosary at 4:30 PM, and a Funeral Mass at 5:00 PM. Interment will take place at the Valencia Catholic Cemetery. Please sign Marie’s online tribute at www.
