Obituary for Marie E. Sloan Marie E. Sloan, age 61, of Richmond, passed on November 19, 2018, after a long illness. She was born on June 16, 1957, in Grosse Pointe, to the late Richard & Betty Jo Giacobbi. She retired from Ford Motor Company, after 17 years of service.

She loved to cross stitch, participating in dog shows, reading, being outside and watching “Madea” movies and “Friends”. She is survived by her daughter, Alisha (Steve Brown) Sloan, sons; Timothy (Amber Ambrose) Sloan, Brandon (Carolyn Still) Sloan, and Corbin Hill, 5 grandchildren, Austin, Kayleigh, Brianna, Triston and Rose. Siblings; Richard (Michele) Giacobbi, Catherine Ryan, Robert Giacobbi, and Thomas Giacobbi and her Dalmatian.

Remy, along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Giacobbi and her 4 Dalmatians, Ethan, Belladonna, Winchester and Dora. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
